HM Digital Brix Refractometer

The SCM-1000 is a portable digital Brix refractometer that measures the sugar content of a fluid. The sugar content is defined as a percentage of the weighted sugar in comparison to the weight of the total fluid that the sugar is dissolved in. It is fast acting with a large LCD display and auto backlight feature. The meter is capable of data storage and recall for up to 20 measurements and incorporates automatic temperature compensation (ATC) to accommodate for discrepancies in temperature for precise measurement. It has a waterproof body and includes a silicone protective cover.
